    Dear Spencer,
Hello…this is Christy Power, an alum from the early ’70’s. We recently lost a wonderful circus friend from my era: Jacqui Gillis died of non-smokers lung cancer on April 30th. I have built a beautiful gate in her honor. It is a 4-1/2 ft wide by 8-1/2 ft tall piece of steel with a circus tent-shaped top and a plasma cut design that says “May All Your Days Be Circus Days”. On the bottom it says “In Memory of” and there is a plaque with Jacqui’s name on it. I also want to honor my Coach Dickie Brinson and friend Barry Mittan with a plaque for each, but I don’t have the years of their birth and am not sure of the years of their passing (I don’t need the days or months). If you can help me with that I would really appreciate it. I tried searching for them on this site, but don’t find any info. I would love to send you a photo once their plaques are added. The gate sits in a very peaceful wooded spot behind my flying trapeze. It is truly a place where I feel the presence of angels.
Thank You for any help you might be able to provide!
    Best Wishes!
